Donate Stock

Gifts of stocks or other appreciated assets allow you to support Magee while receiving a charitable deduction and avoiding all capital gains taxes. However, gifts of appreciated stock must be transferred to Magee prior to their sale in order to avoid the capital gains taxes.  To make a gift of stock, please read the instructions for stock gifts or call the Development Office at 215-587-3090 to make a proper transfer.

Establish a Gift Fund

You can support patient care at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital far into the future through the establishment of a Gift Fund. Gift Funds can be designated for a specific program at Magee or for unrestricted use. Funds can be made in honor or memory of a patient or physician and have the opportunity to receive commemorative plaque recognition within the Hospital.

Gift Funds are established with gifts of $25,000 or more and can be tailored to meet the current and future needs of both you and Magee Rehabilitation Hospital.
