Magee Rehabilitation encourages all staff members to refer potential candidates who may be appropriate for employment at our Hospital. 

As an incentive to staff members to make referrals, we have established a Staff Referral Program. 

This exciting program works in the following manner:

• A staff member referring an individual who gets hired receives any applicable Staff Referral Bonus. 
• Currently, there is a $2,000 referral bonus being offered to any eligible staff member referring a Registered Nurse who gets hired full-tim
• The referral bonus is payable in two installments.  The first ½ is paid upon successful completion of the new staff member’s probationary period, usually 90-days.  The second ½ is payable upon completion of one year of employment by the new staff member.
• This compensation is considered taxable income and is subject to the appropriate deductions.
