Magee Enters Partnership to Help Warn People About Symptoms of Stroke

Magee has partnered with the Delaware Valley Stroke Alert Organization to participate in a massive media blitz planned for May 8 during Stroke Awareness Month. The goal of the stroke alert is to make sure that 6.5 million people in this area hear the message, “Don't stall, make the call,” and learn the warning signs for stroke and know to call 9-1-1 immediately. This will also occur in the Wisconsin, Houston, San Francisco, and Long Island markets.

There are a series of media alerts going out (February 8, March 8, March 15, April 8 and April 15) which will list Magee as a partner. We will also be participating in other ways leading up to May 8 and will have some events on that day.

More information will be announced closer to the May 8 date.
