Magee Sixers Host NWBA Eastern Sectional Championships

The Magee Sixers Spokesmen will host the National Wheelchair Basketball Association’s Eastern Sectional Championships at Riverwinds Community Center in Thorofare, N.J., March 16-17. The winner of this event will advance to the NWBA Final Four in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Magee Sixers Spokesmen, sponsored by Magee rehabilitation Hospital and the Philadelphia Eagles, have battled some of the best competition across the country this season. The squad is currently ranked eighth in the nation among teams in the NWBA’s Division II. This is the second year they have cracked the top-10.
