Magee’s Director Of Nursing To Receive Centennial Achievement Award

Philadelphia (April 2003)— Cynthia Kraft-Fine, Director of Nursing at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, will receive the Centennial Achievement Award in Clinical Practice from Georgetown University’s School of Nursing and Health Studies.

The award will be presented at Georgetown’s Centennial Gala at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, May 3, 2003. Mrs. Kraft-Fine will be honored for her “efforts to improve the health and well being of all people.”

Cynthia Kraft-Fine earned a B.S.N. from Georgetown University in 1975, and her M.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980. She received her Post-Masters Nursing Certificate from Villanova University in 1993. She is a member of many professional organizations, including the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and the American Association of Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Nurses.

Mrs. Kraft-Fine resides in Newtown, PA with her husband, Philip, and son, TC
