Chester Resident Receives Portion of Funds Raised From Hunt Cup Event

Philadelphia (January 2003) - Chester County resident Rick Patton received a check for $3,000 that was raised at the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup event. Rick is a spinal cord injured patient at Rehabilitation. He will use the funds to help in his re-entry into the community.

Over the last four years, the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Celebration has raised over $80,000 for Spinal Cord Injury Research at Magee. Funds raised from the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Celebration are used to directly sponsor participation for individuals with SCI, who would not otherwise be able to take part in research programs.
