Former Patient Pedro Toala and his Locomotor Training at Magee's outpatient facilitiy in South Philly is the subject of a story in the News Journal newspaper in Delaware.

Pedro received a spinal cord injury in 2006 when some kids flipped over a port-o-potty that he was using.

One teenager has just been arrested and others are being tracked down by the police.

Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, founded in 1958, is a 96-bed specialty medical rehabilitation hospital providing physical and cognitive rehabilitation services.
