Responsible for both clinical treatment of patients as well as clinical mentoring of staff therapists. Must provide expert clinical services to patients on each respective unit while assisting the team leader with operations of the unit team. Responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, reporting and documentation of patients. Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and lift patients for treatments. Must be able to exert 50 pounds of force while lifting patients or devices.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited OT Program. Demonstrates advanced clinical skills, knowledge, and competency in specialty area. Possesses work skills, including effective communication, organization, initiative, interpersonal relations, and flexibility.
