Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation Names Haddonfield Resident to its Board of Trustees

Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation recently announced that Thomas J. Duffy of Haddonfield, N.J., is a new member of its Board of Trustees. He is a founding partner in the law firm Duffy&Keenan, which specializes in catastrophic injury litigation.

Mr. Duffy practices in the areas of medical malpractice, professional malpractice litigation, product liability, construction accidents, aviation law, trucking and motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic injury cases. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict. He is cited in the most recent edition of Best Lawyers in America, and he has the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.

Mr. Duffy is a contributing author of Medical-Legal Aspects of Pain and Suffering. He is a member of the Philadelphia Disciplinary Board Hearing Committee; the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations; and the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations (PTLA). He serves as the Secretary of the PTLA Board of Directors and is is a past Hearing Committee Member for the American Association for Justice. He is a licensed commercial pilot and on the faculty of the Temple University Academy of Trial Advocacy.

He graduated cum laude from Marist College in 1975 and Temple University School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
