Magee Rehabilitation Hospital's Assistant Vice President of Development, Mark Chilutti, ran against State Representative John Perzel in 2000, losing by only 93 votes.

Perzel vowed never to have to win by such a small margin ever again, leading to 10 million dollars in tax-payer money being used in computer-campaigning.

Perzel was recently indicted for his actions.

Chilutti talked with the Philadelphia Inquirer about unintentionally becoming the catalyst for Perzel's downfall.
