Former patient gains autonomy with the help of Magee’s Community Re-Entry Program

The Community Re-Entry program is focused on reintegrating patients into their own homes, neighborhoods, schools and work places. The program is tailored to assist patients transfer the skills learned during rehabilitation to their own living environment.
