Magee Rehabilitation encourages all staff members to refer potential candidates who may be appropriate for employment at our Hospital.

As an incentive to staff members to make referrals, we have established a Staff Referral Program.

This exciting program works in the following manner:

  • A staff member referring an individual who gets hired receives any applicable Staff Referral Bonus.
  • Currently, there is a $2,000 referral bonus being offered to any eligible staff member referring a Registered Nurse who gets hired full-time.
  • This compensation is considered taxable income and is subject to the appropriate deductions.
