Parking
Parking is available during visiting hours in the Magee parking lot. There is no charge for immediate family. Several commercial parking facilities are within easy walking distance. Magee is convenient to all forms of public transportation.
Alcove Cafe
The Alcove Cafe, located in the lobby of the hospital and operated by volunteer staff, is open to the public seven days a week. Snacks, sandwiches, sweets and beverages are available for purchase throughout the day and evening. Also, Magee shirts, hats, bags and other merchandise are available for purchase, along with inspirational artwork by David Gerbstadt. All proceeds are used to support the patient programs and services of the hospital.
Pastoral Care Service
Pastoral care services are available for patients at Magee by calling 215-587-3168. Persons of all faiths are welcome.
Smoking Policy
Your inpatient stay may be an excellent time to stop smoking. Patients at Magee may participate in a free smoking cessation program while they are here. If interested, please discuss this with your Case Manager and physician.
Magee Rehabilitation Hospital is SMOKE FREE. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Hospital. Patients and visitors may smoke outside the facility at designated smoking areas where ashtrays are located, away from the doors.
